THE NATIONAL MSP NETWORK

The National MSP Network is the premier organization for individuals, organizations, companies and law firms who want to stay apprised of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance developments, advocacy and collaboration. Founded in 2005 with the primary goal of helping members obtain Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside allocation education, the group has grown significantly since then and now includes a focus on every aspect of the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute and its associated regulations, policy memoranda, reference guides, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, Liability Medicare Set-Asides, No-Fault Medicare Set-Asides, MMSEA Section 111 Reporting, Medicare Conditional Payments, the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute, Medicaid Secondary Payer, Professional Administration, and Life Care Plans. The National MSP Network also seeks to facilitate dialogue with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in order to collaborate on improvements to the Medicare Secondary Payer compliance process.

Mission

To serve as the leading advocate for an efficient and effective Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance system and as the industry resource for all involved parties.

Vision

Our vision is put into action through the provision of educational programs and resources, legislative advocacy, and a focus on sharing of information amongst all participants with an aim towards improvement of the industry as a whole.

CORPORATE PARTNERS

The relationship between The National MSP Network and CMS officials has been invaluable to my business. When the industry identifies concerning trends or questions, MSPN reaches out to CMS to get answers, work through problems and weigh in on potential policy changes. I can always turn to MSPN to help my business navigate these ever-changing waters.
