Committees EDUCATION COMMITTEEThe committee comprises the subcommittees relative to all educational offerings. 
ANNUAL MEETING SUBCOMMITTEE The subcommittee organizes the Annual Meeting and Education Conference each year. This includes planning the educational sessions and networking opportunities. Meets on Friday afternoons as requested by the chairs. Michelle Allan, Co-Chairperson 
MSCC SUBCOMMITTEE The subcommittee oversees the MSCC program, as well as reviews Practicums. Meets as needed and requested by the chairs. WEBINAR SUBCOMMITTEE The subcommittee organizes online education on topics of interest to hold webinars throughout the year. Meets as needed and requested by the chairs. Shawn Deane, Co-Chairperson  CONDITIONAL PAYMENT & SECTION 111 COMMITTEEThe committee reviews information, data, and solutions regarding conditional payments and Section 111 mandatory insurer reporting. The committee will provide outreach opportunities to CMS contractors and Medicare Part C and D providers

MSA ALLOCATION & CMS SUBMISSION TRENDS

POLICY & LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEEThe committee monitors and evaluates applicable case law, CMS policy, and federal and state legislation/regulations affecting MSP. It seeks to serve the National MSP Network membership by keeping them apprised of such developments
and when applicable coordinates grassroots efforts through strategic outreach at a local level. Bill Delaney, Co-Chairperson | Steven Shaw, Co-Chairperson  MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEEThe committee oversees membership recruitment and member benefits and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for different initiatives to enhance membership such as the Partner Professionals program.
