EDUCATION COMMITTEE

The committee comprises the subcommittees relative to all educational offerings. 

ANNUAL MEETING SUBCOMMITTEE

The subcommittee organizes the Annual Meeting and Education Conference each year. This includes planning the educational sessions and networking opportunities.

Meets on Friday afternoons as requested by the chairs.

MSCC SUBCOMMITTEE

The subcommittee oversees the MSCC program, as well as reviews Practicums.

COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE

The committee oversees all public affairs including Network social media, press releases, and website content.

WEBINAR SUBCOMMITTEE

The subcommittee organizes online education on topics of interest to hold webinars throughout the year.

CONDITIONAL PAYMENT & SECTION 111 COMMITTEE

The committee reviews information, data, and solutions regarding conditional payments and Section 111 mandatory insurer reporting. The committee will provide outreach opportunities to CMS contractors and Medicare Part C and D providers to identify and help solve conditional payment and Section 111 issues affecting the industry.
Meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 12 PM CT / 1 PM ET.

MSA ALLOCATION & CMS SUBMISSION TRENDS

The committee attempts to bring the MSP industry together through sharing and support for improved service levels.
Meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 10 AM CT / 11 AM ET.

POLICY & LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE

The committee monitors and evaluates applicable case law, CMS policy, and federal and state legislation/regulations affecting MSP. It seeks to serve the National MSP Network membership by keeping them apprised of such developments and when applicable coordinates grassroots efforts through strategic outreach at a local level.
Meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2 PM CT / 3 PM ET.

LIABILITY MSP ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The committee collaborates and shares information and creates awareness unique to settling liability/personal injury cases with regard to MSP compliance.
Meets as needed and requested by the chairs.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

The committee oversees membership recruitment and member benefits and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for different initiatives to enhance membership such as the Partner Professionals program.
Meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 1 PM CT / 2 PM ET.

FUNDING AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

The committee collaborates to educate and create awareness pertaining to post-settlement issues and considerations, including post-settlement MSP compliance, MSA arrangement funding,   and administration.
Meets the 2nd Friday of each month 10 AM CT / 11 AM ET
