MSPN recognizes that our sponsors are thought leaders who offer superior and innovative services and products. Record a video highlighting how your company is making a difference in the MSP arena and how you are leading the industry. Videos may be 3-5 minutes long and will be due to MSPN by September 15, 2025. Based on your selected sponsorship package, videos will be released prior to the conference and at the opening of sessions.
 
Digital Advertising
Sponsors will have the opportunity to feature their logo or ad (based on sponsorship package) on the conference mobile app or the digital conference program, providing more exposure at attendees’ fingertips. 
 
Exhibit Tabletop
Sponsors have the option to exhibit, allowing you the opportunity to connect face-to-face with prospective customers and partners. Tabletop exhibits will be placed in the function space outside of the meeting room.

Sponsors may also contribute to the swag table if they do not wish to have an exhibit table.

Social Media Organization Spotlight
In addition to recognizing your organization at your selected sponsorship level, MSPN will also include a brief profile of your organization and link members directly to you.

Email Marketing Blast
MSPN will facilitate a blast e-mail to conference attendees from the sponsor. (The email message should be about the company’s participation in the conference, should provide value to the attendees, and will be limited to 500 words.) Content due to MSPN by September 1, 2025.
 
Contribute to Swag Boxes
Share your swag with in-person attendees and also help get virtual attendees excited about the conference. MSPN will send a swag box to all virtual conference attendees the week prior to the event. Sponsors are welcome to include items and we welcome you to be creative! Items must be received at the MSPN office by September 1, 2025.

Door Prizes – Donate your prize!
Door Prize drawings will immediately follow the closing session.
 
Complimentary Registrations
Sponsor packages include the outlined complimentary registrations, allowing your personnel access to the full conference and all sessions. Additional personnel beyond your complimentary registrations may attend for a fee of $350 per attendee. This discounted attendee registration will allow your attendees to participate in all conference functions.
