Claiming Credit and Participation

In order to receive continuing education credit, you must attend each session for which you would like to receive credit and complete it's short evaluation, as well as the final CE Claim FormCertificates will only be issued after submission of the final CE credit form on the final dates: November 30, 2025, December 15, 2025, and January 3, 2026.
