Patrick Czuprynski is NuQuest’s Director of Lien Resolution. In addition to leading the lien resolution team, he represents debtors in conditional payment administrative appeals and negotiations through the Medicare Appeal Council and provides consulting services for settlements and Section 111 inquiries. MCzuprynski presents webinars on Medicare secondary payer compliance on behalf of NuQuest. He has also been published in the Illinois State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Newsletter, the ISIA Newsletter, The National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals publication, Workers’ Compensation Law, and the Maryland State Bar Association publication. During his nineteen years with Liberty Mutual, MacAllister has held roles in both Liability and Workers' Compensation, with expertise in complex high exposure claims. He was previously a Complex Technical Claims Specialist and Manager of a Critical Strategies Unit. Currently, MacAllister is responsible for Conditional Payment Compliance, providing settlement consultation, and developing training. He has a degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, Associate in Claims (AIC), Medicare-Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC), Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional Fellow Designation (CMSP-F), and is an active member of NAMSAP.
