Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance is a dynamic area where many different elements intersect, including claims and risk management, medical and health issues, legal and privacy considerations, the court system and government agencies. There are also numerous professionals with overlapping roles, including nurses, attorneys, claims adjusters, professional administrators and structured settlement brokers. Not to mention that we operate in an area of the law that is constantly changing and subject to wide interpretation. As a result, MSP practitioners are bound to face ethical issues and dilemmas. The presenters will explore various ethical principles, considerations, situations and practical approaches.

CORPORATE PARTNERS

The relationship between The National MSP Network and CMS officials has been invaluable to my business. When the industry identifies concerning trends or questions, MSPN reaches out to CMS to get answers, work through problems and weigh in on potential policy changes. I can always turn to MSPN to help my business navigate these ever-changing waters.
