NAMSAP is working with CMS to address issues our members have identified. We have confirmed with CMS Agency officials that in regards to electronic signatures, within Coordination of Benefits & Recovery (COB&R) area which includes the BCRC, CRC, and WCRC contracts, CMS will accept electronic signatures on submitted documents. CMS requests that the electronic signatures adhere to the ESIGN Act requirements.
