PresentersChristine Melancon, RN, CMSP-F Christine Melançon, RN, CMSP-F, is Chief Clinical Officer of Project Medical, where she leads clinical strategy for Medical Forecasting including Medicare Set-Asides and Medical Cost Projections.With nearly three decades in healthcare and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, Christine has built and led MSP operations across the industry — from founding Ez-MSA to directing regulatory compliance at Clara Analytics, where she partnered with engineers and data scientists to develop data and AI-driven MSP compliance applications. She holds post-graduate training in Medicare Set-Asides and Life Care Planning from the University of Florida and is a Fellow-level Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional (CMSP-F). A Certified CMSP Instructor and frequent NAMSAP/MSPN conference speaker. Christine is recognized for translating complex MSP regulatory requirements into practical, technology-enabled workflows that advance compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the industry.
Kim Wiswell has been engaged in the workers’ compensation managed care and occupational health services industries since the late 1970’s, with a focus on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance since 2005. She currently serves as the Senior Product Manager overseeing the design and development of AI/ML products for the Workers’ Compensation market, including Medicare Secondary Payer compliance offerings, for Gradient AI. Prior to this, she was responsible for development of the MSA application and operations for CLARA Analytics. She also served as Director of Operations for MEDVAL. Earlier in her career, she co-founded and served as Managing Director over CompPartners Medicare Set-Asides division. Wiswell began her work in MSP compliance as Sr. Vice President, Operations for Coventry HealthCare’s First Health Priority Services sub-division, overseeing the MSA operations. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of workers’ compensation managed care including Medicare set-asides, medical bill review, systems analysis and development, medical coding and reimbursement, and occupational health administration and consulting. She has provided consulting services to the CMS and a number of state agencies and associations. Wiswell is a frequent presenter at industry conferences, seminars and training sessions concerning Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance, medical cost management, and provider coding and reimbursement. A member of the MSP Network since 2005, she has served as a board member from 2013-2018 and past president of the organization in 2015.

PresentersAnnie Davidson, Esq., MSCC Annie M. Davidson joined the Sanderson Firm in January 2025 as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs & Compliance. Prior to joining Sanderson Firm, she was Vice President of Client Success for ExamWorks Compliance Solutions. And prior to her work at ECS, Annie practiced as a workers’ compensation and liability insurance defense litigator in her native Minnesota, where she is admitted to practice in both state in federal courts.
Marty Cassavoy is the Senior Vice President of MSP Compliance & Business Development at ExamWorks Compliance Solutions and has been with the company since 2017. With a career that began at the forefront of the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance industry, Marty gained early experience at the Boston-area law firm Crowe, Paradis & Albren and later played a key leadership role at Crowe Paradis Services Corporation through its growth and acquisition. Over the years, he has held operational, sales, and technology leadership roles and contributed to the development of some of the most innovative MSP compliance platforms in the industry.
