Meeting Platform

The virtual meeting will be hosted through the vFairs platform. All participants meeting the registration fees policy will receive a unique login for the Event Site (to be linked here in September). Please note that this login will be sent in September.

Technology Requirements

All sessions, both pre-recorded and live, will be hosted on the Event Site and will not require you to have a third party application, such as Teams or Zoom.  You will be able to interact with session speakers and moderators through a chat function with will appear in the same web browser as the live-streaming video.

MSPN recommends you connect through a desktop or laptop to view sessions.  Mobile devices, including tablets, may cause delays in the live-streaming.

You will need a stable internet connection for all functions and features.

Video chat is available in the networking chat lounge and in the exhibit hall.  You may use camera and microphone to take advantage of these benefits.

The Casino Night Speakeasy will be hosted through MSPN's Zoom and will allow you to use your camera and microphone.
